Ms. Cami
Ms. Cami is our Lead Guide a native Spanish speaker from Colombia, and a mother of three. Her passion lies in teaching Spanish, Montessori, and Forest school education to foster cultural appreciation and global citizenship in children.
Transitioning from Business Management to early childhood education after experiencing parenthood, Ms. Cami sought to provide her children with a holistic learning environment. She discovered the transformative power of Montessori and Forest school education, which prioritize academic growth alongside emotional, social, and physical development.
Ms. Cami holds an Early Childhood Montessori Diploma from the North American Montessori Center and a Positive Phrasing certificate from the Prepared Montessorian Institute. Actively engaging in the educational community, she participated in the Childhood Potential Conference and led Forest School sessions through "Our Outdoors by Free Forest School," nurturing children's connection with nature.
Her career is driven by a commitment to holistic child development through cultural inclusivity, experiential learning, and environmental stewardship. Ms. Cami aims to create an environment where every child can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

Mr. Richey
CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
Mr. Richey is a passionate educator with a deep love for Spanish language and culture. His journey began in college, majoring in Spanish, and was enriched by living in Mexico for two years, where he perfected his fluency and embraced local traditions.
Mr. Richey has experience as a high school Spanish teacher, where he developed a teaching philosophy that goes beyond vocabulary and grammar. He creates dynamic, interactive classrooms that make learning enjoyable through music, games, and storytelling. He is dedicated to fostering a strong foundation in Spanish and a lifelong appreciation for the language in each student.
Now, Mr. Richey brings his expertise to a younger audience. He is committed to integrating the Montessori method and the principles of Forest School education to create a holistic, nature-based learning environment that nurtures academic growth alongside emotional, social, and physical development.\
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Richey is a devoted father of three and an avid sports enthusiast. His love for sports and his family adds to his well-rounded approach to education, promoting a balanced and active lifestyle.
